Rebecca Long Okura

My focus for the almost my entire legal career has been family law litigation including divorce, paternity, custody, adoption, grandparents rights, child support, emergency orders, and probate. I am the managing attorney at our firm of 3 to 4 lawyers, all of us doing family law. Our aim is to have complete client satisfaction with our services and we work hard to achieve this. We believe that superior skill and mastery of the field makes it faster, cheaper and less traumatizing to our client.

I was trained as a mediator in D.C. in 1999 to do Victim Offender mediation. Since then I've done another 100 hours of mediation training and mentorship in Utah. I bring my skill as a family lawyer and contract writer to the mediation table and mediate family law and small business cases.

I particularly help small business owners with contract negotiations, internal processes and protections, and general business legal issues.
