I have been to many lawyers before I found Margaret, and everyone pushed back. Margaret was the only one who was willing to sit down and hear my story before she offered solutions. I think when you have an immigration problem, the most important to you is for someone to listen to your problem, not ju...st assume you are not a good case. Once I put my application in to qualify from being illegal to legal I got approved right away. I did have a family petition before 2001. I have lived here past 10yrs and married a US Citizen also I did not have any kind of criminal record. So I didnt have to even go back to Mexico because of my petit...ion. My husband filed for me and Margaret P. did an Excellant job! I got my work permit in an easy 5 months and 2 months later my green card. Now I can apply to be a US Citizen in 2.9 years not 5! My wife and I were excluded from the amnesty years ago because we had legal work permits.
