Kyle is a force to be reckoned with! First some background. My ex has sued me four times in the last 6 years. She's used a different attorney every time. I've also used several attorneys. The last response we filed with the court I had given him the facts of what was going on. He used those as a basis for the arguments being presented to the court, and then worked his magic. I honestly am still giggling when I read the response and can't help to think about how awful it must be as an opposing attorney to have to respond. So far with Kyle we are 2-0. Two victories in mediation and zero losses. I'm sticking with him for any future cases, even though my ex has learned to not mess any more.

My blended family was dealt a surprise when our child's biological father decided after years away from his responsibility to show up and re-assert his parental rights.
