About Kristofer
Biography
I was first licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada in 2013. I have practiced as a trial attorney in Nevada since that time, focusing primarily on divorce/custody matters. I was employed as the sole associate of a well-established divorce/custody attorney, who functioned as my mentor.
In early 2017, however, I relocated to the state of Utah, and became licensed there as well. I presently am employed at the Utah law firm of Smart Schofield Shorter, PC, a 13 attorney firm with broad capacity for all types of litigation. Though the bulk of my caseload remains oriented towards family law, I have been expanding to other areas of civil practice as well as criminal practice.
