Kris was such an amazing person, to start off i got served with papers on a Saturday and i need to respond within 10 days. I called the office on Monday to schedule a consultation with Kris and the assistant was very nice and was able to explain thru phone just a little of what probably i got served ...with. After i scheduled the consultation with Kris for Wednesday. On Wednesday kris explained with detail of what needed to be done. He was advising me with what i should do and not do. I proceeded him for hire and right away he started telling me what he needed. Prior to this hearing i had a hearing and so Kris needed the previous paper work so he took his personal time to go to the court house and request the paper work, unfortunately he was unable to get any because my case was sealed. The fact that he took the time to go and get my paper work made me see that i was not just paying for a lawyer but for someone who really cares about my case. Not a lot of lawyers do that, especially my previous one. Kris had only 5 days to get all my paper work together and kept in contact with me at all time and would send me receipts and work thru email. My court arrived on Tuesday the 20th and let me tell you Kris defended my case like no other person had. He was on the case, explaining to the judge everything and correcting the opposing party. The outcome was that i partially go what i wanted, not because of Kris but because it was a decision from the judge and what i wanted was sole custody but how Kris said we need to take baby steps and see what time has to offer and if everything continues to be the same with my daughter then i will def. be seeing Kris again for round 2 and i know this time i will get what i want. Even tho i didn't get the sole custody because of the judge rule i am very happy with the out come. I highly recommend coming to Kris he will get the job done well and how it's supposed to be.
