I am an attorney and Partner at the law firm of Skoubye Nielson & Johansen, LLC and joined the firm in June 2008. My practice focuses on commercial litigation, transportation law, collections, and construction law. I enjoy helping businesses and individuals find resolution to their legal disputes. I help my clients find creative solutions to the issues facing their businesses, whether it be collecting accounts receivable, negotiating contract terms, drafting contracts, or if necessary, litigating claims. I try to make the legal process as painless as possible and pride myself on being responsive to my clients and keeping them informed of all that is going on in their case.
