Biography
I am a founding member of Skoubye Nielson & Johansen LLC formerly known as Olsen Skoubye & Nielson, LLC. I began practicing law as an associate in the Salt Lake City law firm of Kirton, McConkie & Poelman. After two years there, I hung out my own shingle two blocks from my home starting Jeff Skoubye P.C., where I practiced as a solo practitioner for nine years. I helped found Skoubye Nielson & Johansen, LLC in January of 2002.
Though I am no longer located in a small office, I still try to bring a personal touch to the services I provides. I practice law in the areas of estate and business planning, business succession planning (buy-sell agreements), probate, wills, and trusts, real estate, and asset protection.
