Couldn’t Have Asked For A Better Lawyer

My husband and I have been navigating the VISA application process since 2019. Kareema has advised and guided us every step of the way. Her assistance with all of the paperwork involved, and understanding of what we should anticipate helped us feel confident in our application and gave us realistic... expectations for how long it may take. She is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate and patient. She took the time to get to know us and understand our needs, and offered advice and support as we progressed through each step. Getting to the finish line of our VISA journey felt impossible, but she laid out a clear path for us. I will be forever grateful for her hard work and dedication to our case.

Has been very helpful!

Me and my fiancé are going through the K-1 visa process and there has been multiple things that have caused some confusion and Kareema has been so lovely to help guide us through. She’s really helped clarify a lot for us and has helped us navigate tricky situations. I am so grateful for her help!

Caring and effective

The first time I was referred to Kareema, she listened carefully to my legal issue and told me, "look, a lot of lawyers would gladly take your money to do something you can easily handle yourself. I'm not that lawyer," and she pointed me in the right direction. She was right, and I was blown away by ...her candor. So when I had a serious car accident a year later, I went back to her. She referred me to the best medical professionals, checked on my recovery regularly, and handled my claim from start to finish. I was so impressed by her insight, professionalism, and straight talk. You'll never find a kinder, smarter, more caring, down to earth lawyer.

Waste of my time and my money!

Before she had even reviewed my case she had charged me almost $1000. She did nothing to help me fight my fight, and she would not defend me like I needed her to (there is a reason I needed a lawyer). I DO NOT reccomnd her as a family lawyer unless you feel like flushing your money down the toilet. I... did more of the leg work on my case then she did and I could have defended myself better in the long run.

I apologize this experience was not a good one for you. Sadly, outcomes in family law matters are fact-specific and often unpredictable, and even when the outcome is the result of a mediated settlement, there are often negative feelings associated with the experience overall. I strive to give the best representation possible to all of my clients, but in this situation, I seem to have fallen short of your expectations, and for that I sincerely apologize. However, I would like to clarify that I do not charge anyone prior to either meeting or speaking with them about their case. My initial consultations are offered free of charge, and always have been.

An excellent attorney

I have been a client of Kareema for over three years now. She has been an excellent attorney for me in every way possible. She is very professional and cares very much about her clients. I would recommend her highly to anyone who seeks an attorney who really cares for her clients.
