Fee dispute for his service unresolved

Without the work engagement, his self-claimed service started during the consultation phase which ended up with the disputed invoice. The payment was unilaterally deduced from my check for the retainer which was never signed due to his unable to negotiate. I found his style very arrogant and not suit...able as a consultant. As he took my money, I must be his former unhappy client. Needless to say, I will not use this person again.
