Steven Joffee is highly experienced and skilled attorney. Mr. Joffee has represented corporate and individual clients in state and federal trial and appellate courts in a wide variety of matters. He concentrates his practice in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, and appeals.
Mr. Joffee has substantial experience with and insight into the workings of state and federal courts. Before joining Mitchell Barlow & Mansfield, Mr. Joffee served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Scott Matheson, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and to Chief Justice Matthew Durrant of the Utah Supreme Court. He also worked in Washington, D.C., at one of the top law firms in the United States, where he focused on highly complex litigation and appeals before the United States Supreme Court.

Fantastic Eminent Domain Lawyer

Very good eminent domain attorney
For a condemnation problem I had with UDOT, I feel that Steven Joffee secured the best possible result, under the circumstances. He was efficient, and very knowledgeable about how to work with the parties involved.
