DO NOT HIRE HIM !!! He doesnt even deserve 1 star !! Scott doesnt care about his clients AT ALL ! He made me waste sooooo much money and you can never get a hold of him !! I would call 5-6 times every day and still not get a hold of him for 3 FREAKING WEEKS !!!! Whenever I would need him to get some ...work done knowing that there is a deadline, he would wait until it gets closer to the deadline to respond and add EXTRA FEES because it's so last minute. Also, his assistant MONICA?? Dont even bother asking her anything, she doesn't know ANYTHING. What a JOKE. Crazy thing is I literally just found out that all the work "he had done " for me wasnnt even filed properly. Dont bother HIRING HIM !! WASTE OF TIME, MONEY AND ENERGY

Scott was good until he got my money. Never got a receipt for the money given. Paid by Venmo. Wrote 1 simple letter for me after giving him thousands of dollars. Had to call and call and call to even get this. Over a year later and multiple attempts to get a settlement statement and hopefully the unu...sed portion of my money back, I’ve gotten nothing! The amount of pain and suffering Scott has caused me by his non action has been immense! But don’t believe me, go look at his public reprimands for this exact thing. Had someone written this review before I hired Scott, it would have saved me a lot of pain and grief. Not to mention a lot of money he stole!

Scott is not the best lawyer to use. Like the other reviews, I found him to be fairly difficult to contact. We had to attempt several times to contact him about the status of our case before we finally got a response. It's not a problem if he is busy but they have assistants that can respond to email...s that can say, "He is busy" or "He is out of the office for a few days." It isn't readily transparent where the state of the case was at and I didn't think it needed to take as long as it did to respond or to file the paperwork. The number of stars would increase if the response was more timely.
