Started career as Insurance Defense attorney. Eighteen years in that area. Worked for auto insurers and large commerical insurers. Left on good terms to start own Plaintiff's PI firm in 2000, Eisenberg & Gilchrist, now known as Eisenberg, Gilchrist & Cutt.
I have 50+ jury trials. Often serve as an arbitrator and mediator.
Experience with asbestos cases, co-tried only asbestos PI trial in Utah resulting in $5,000,000+ verdict. Experience with other large torts, both individual and mass torts.
