Excellent and Professional Service

Lincoln Hobbs was recommended to me by another lawyer so I contacted him when I was most stressed by an employment dilemma. I was able to see him within 24 hours of contacting his office. During the one hour meeting with him, he provided a path forward and before I even got home from the meeting, h...e had prepared and emailed a draft letter to me that would ultimately be sent to my former employer. Even though I was completely overwhelmed by my situation, Lincoln always remained calm and provided the most excellent service. He kept me involved in the process and provided options for me at every decision point. When it finally came to mediation, Lincoln very patiently sat with me for 10 hours and kept me in the loop of his every move and strategy. Not only did he exude professionalism and knowledge of his practice, he was conscious of how stressful this was for me and tried to keep things light and friendly. In summary, I would hire Lincoln for any legal trouble that I may find myself in. He was honest, professional, and very cost effective considering how much time he spent with me on the phone and in person. Lincoln defies the typical attorney reputation and I was and am proud to have his representation,

Real estate - earnest money case

Lincoln Hobbs is the best attorney I could have chosen for my case. The case he worked on for me was very complicated, and we went to jury trial. Lincoln won the jury trial with 100% of the jurors voting for us! He acted to the letter of the law, making sure we had every advantage. Lincoln is ver...y intelligent and he doesn't let anything slip by him - he never misses a beat. I recommend him, as he's the absolute top in his field. He's a fantastic attorney! As I learned - you should always have the best in the industry, and he is certainly the BEST!

Lincoln Hobbs - High Moral Standards and yet Extremely Skilled

It is an honor to recommend Lincoln Hobbs, a member of Hobbs and Olson LC, as well as his entire firm. I have been actively involved with many aspects of the legal system since 1977 and find him to be an ideal attorney; preferring to negotiate a settlement when advisable, yet extremely skilled in the... courtroom if necessary. At the onset of our relationship he researched the other party to determine the viability of my case in an effort to save me money and personal anguish. He has since repeatedly demonstrated this balance of personal concern and professional skill, while maintaining high moral standards in what is a very dirty legal battle spanning over many years. And even though I was initially the defendant, the other party’s case was quickly dismissed, and I received a multi-million dollar award, as the defendant and counter-claimant.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
