I am a victim of fraud, and was in the early stages of being represented by Katherine until we discovered there was an unexpected conflict with a family member. She provided me with a referral that she strongly recommended, and asked me to contact her for more referrals if he was unable to help me. H...e was not able to help, and after contacting her by email, text (as we had been frequently communicating via text), and calling her receptionist, I never received any follow up. By the time I called her receptionist I was begging her to have her call me back, because it has been a nightmare trying to find an attorney to help me with this complicated issue. Because Katherine works in the exact area of law I need help with, she has valuable referrals that would have meant a lot to me. I have been nothing but professional and understanding to her and her colleagues. I have no idea what I did to deserve being completely ghosted. Apparently Katherine is only willing to offer you a basic professional courtesy or treat you like a human being if you pay her.
