I hired Jennifer Falk to help me through a difficult divorce and custody issues with my ex-spouse. She was wonderful! She has a lot of experience and knowledge of family law and made the process easier by providing a list of what to do and expect throughout the process. She and her office responded t...o emails and phone calls quickly and were very clear about explaining my options and advising me on what would work best for my situation. I felt comfortable taking her advice even when I didn't know which was the right answer for me. Jennifer went above and beyond to help me after my case was resolved and I really appreciate her attention. I would recommend her to anyone going through a divorce, especially if you have children.

I question the veracity of these positive reviews. I am very well educated and used Jennifer Falk who was only a disappointment on every level. Not only was she defensive and had the poorest bedside manner if you will, she advised me not to read any books regarding divorce taxes custody or the financ...ial implications of divorce. Whenever I asked her any questions she was threatened to withdraw as my counsel and be defensive saying that I did not trust her. She never called me once over the course of numerous months her invoices were so general I never knew what in the world I was paying for. She would write me emails saying she had called a certain person or email to certain person and now with my new attorney I found out that she never did. She seems to know nothing about the judicial system regarding children and custody and gave me incorrect advice numerous times over she also gave me incorrect information regarding taxes in the context of real estate it was clear that she could never admit when she didn't know something what a particular line item was on her invoice. I ended up switching to a different attorney and since then has spoken to other professionals like myself in the area I wish I would have done that in a more detailed fashion before hiring Jennifer Falk, as I now have in my arsenal three different persons who have also had similar stories with her to the tune of $30,000 pay to her only to start from scratch with a completely new attorney she may has been good and her earlier career with divorce but based on my personal experience and the three stories I have heard from other professional persons in my neighborhood who also hired her and then switch to someone else, she has completely dropped the ball. She has made such a gracious errors which has been confirm that only buy my own research but by other attorneys that I fear I may have to file a complaint against her I am only sharing this for you to consumer so that you can decide for yourself who is the best person to represent you again this is my only personal story and my opinion based on my personal experience please do your own research
