I am a partner at Eisenberg, Cutt, Kendell & Olson. I graduated from the University of Utah College of Law. I specialize in personal injury and insurance law. I handle cases involving motor vehicle and trucking accidents, sports injuries, defective products, construction accidents, medical malpractice, dog bite, premises liability, wrongful death, insurance bad faith and other accident cases. I have successfully handled cases involving different types of injuries, including brain injury, bone fractures, paralysis, burns, scarring, amputation, disk herniation, ligament injury, chronic pain and other serious injuries. I have successfully litigated cases throughout Utah and in other parts of the United States, including California, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Minnesota and Maryland. I have represented injured people against many large insurance companies, corporations and government entities.
I have successfully tried, arbitrated, and settled many cases. I have obtained six and seven figure jury verdicts for my clients. Most recently, I tried a case in which two individuals drowned in a river because of a manmade hazard. I represented the families of the individuals who drowned. I brought the case against the defendants who were responsible for different aspects of the hazard. After a six day trial, the jury found that the defendants were negligent and that damages were $2,411,052. In addition to recovering compensation for the families, I convinced some of the defendants to take measures to remedy the hazard.
I sincerely enjoy representing injured people. I take pleasure in helping people who need help and have been wronged by others.
