OUTCOME: After a six day trial, the jury found that the defendants were negligent and that damages were $2,411,052. In addition to recovering compensation for the families, I convinced some of the defendants to take measures to remedy the hazard.

Two individuals drowned in a river because of a manmade hazard. I represented the families of the individuals who drowned. I brought the case against the defendants who were responsible for different ... aspects of the hazard. OUTCOME: The jury awarded $306,400 in damages to the plaintiff.

I represented the plaintiff. She was riding her bike down the road when the defendant turned her vehicle in front of the plaintiff, causing a collision.

OUTCOME: Jury awarded $892,214 in damages to the plaitiffs.

I represented the parents of an infant who died from injuries sustained at birth because of hospital negligence.
