what was meant to be an easy and simple task, he complicated things, made mistakes, charged for his mistakes and somehow managed to be the angry one

Bad judgment
Charles Livsey is very Unprofessional. He is temperamental and throws tantrums. He insinuates himself and ruins families for monetary gain.
