Mr. Johnsen spoke well regarding the law. He followed the minimum statute and did not aggressively protect his client's rights. Although I shared information with him, he did not represent the facts in a fair and clear manor. If one is interested in achieving only the minimum rights set forth in ...Utah Law, Bart is your man. If you want an attorney to aggressively pursue your rights as a father, I suggest to look elsewhere. Mr. Johnsen is easily aggitated and will speak in a disrespectful way. I personally would not tolerate such behavior and fired him. Mr. Johnsen is intelligent and knows the statute guidelines and will follow them to the letter. Save your money if you wish other than the minimum statute allows.
