Biography
Ashton J. Hyde practices in the area of tort litigation, where he assists individuals in obtaining fair and adequate compensation for their injuries. His practice is focused in complex medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death actions. Ashton graduated with highest honors from the University of Utah College of Law, where he was associate editor of the Utah Law Review, a member of the Order of the Coif, a William H. Leary Scholar and winner of several achievement awards. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Weber State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Ashton is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of both Utah and Nevada.
