DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I have never experienced someone so unprofessional in any type of professional environment. Virginia came into the case with a conclusion already formed and spent the entire process twisting facts to fit her narrative instead of objectively advocating for my child. She openly sided with the parent wh...o lied and gave her false facts while treating me with hostility and contempt throughout the process. She was rude, dismissive, condescending, and seemed far more interested in tearing me down than finding the truth or representing my child. She barely engaged with my child. What was especially disturbing was how little effort she put into actually understanding my daughter. My child did not feel comfortable with her and did not like interacting with her, which was obvious throughout the process. Instead of meaningful conversations and asking her thoughtful questions she told my child it's not in her best interest to be with me. Even though my child expressed she wanted to move with me. That put my daughter in fear and distrust into Virginia. That is not a proper investigation. It felt lazy, careless, and deeply concerning given the seriousness of custody proceedings. A PGAL is supposed to protect children and remain neutral. Instead, this felt like dealing with someone with a personal agenda who was willing to distort facts, ignore evidence, and attack a mother to support the outcome she personally wanted. At one point, she actually told me I would only see my child four weeks out of the year before the court had even ruled. That statement alone showed how deeply biased and inappropriate her conduct was. Her report and brief contained claims that were later contradicted during trial. Multiple statements she presented as fact completely fell apart under scrutiny. Watching her credibility unravel in court was shocking, especially considering how aggressively she attacked my character and parenting beforehand. The bias was impossible to miss. Evidence that supported me was ignored, while weak or inaccurate claims from the other side were treated as unquestionable truth. Her " facts" about me were proven wrong at trial. I would NEVER recommend Virginia for a PGAL or her business LOVS to any parent who wants a fair, objective, or competent PGAL.
