Totally Awesome experience!

Mr. Smith was willing to meet with me in a very comfortable Reastarant setting. He listened to my concerns and was very patient with my emotions. He was very understanding and took my case for a very reasonable fee. Mr. Smith answered my call almost every time and if he wasn't able to, he would call ...back soon after. I went into this thinking the worst and Mr. Smith wrapped his arms around my problem and saved me a lot of potential damage. I would recommend Mr. Smith to anyone who needs help. He literally turned my life around.

Would not recommend

I hired Greg Smith and his firm to represent me in a legal matter. Reading his online profile it seemed a reasonable decision based on the published reviews. During my representation by Greg Smith I experienced being belittled, vulgarly attacked, unprofessional representation, just to name a few conc...erns with the representation received. The price paid to Greg Smith was unfair for the unprofessional services rendered by Greg Smith and his firm. If you need professional legal services, please continue to look, there are several better choices in Utah. I hired Greg Smith and would not do so again and would never recommend his services to anyone.

We wish the best for this person. However, notice he failed to state 1) what he paid, 2) what his legal problem was, 3) how it was resolved, and 4) what better result he thinks he should have received. We are not going to go tit for tat with him, and again, we wish him the best. In every case we take, we do our best, but at times we fall short (and deserve some of the criticism we get, as is true of any business); however, we think this particular person is 100% unjustified in his 1-star attack. He also fails to state how many times we met, how many times we spoke on the phone, texted and emailed each other. I cannot and will not comment more about this. But, please, keep in mind, he has left out a TON of information. Again, we wish him the best.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This law office is terrible. Greg Smith and his team didn't help me at all. I was left to find and pay another attorney to help me with my case. He was rude and extremely unprofessional in ALL aspects. I would not recommend anyone to use his or his associates services.

Unfortunately, when a prosecutor makes an offer, the client only has two choices: 1) he can reject it and go to trial, or 2) the person can accept the offer. Clients that accept the State's offer must live with their decision. In other words, when a person chooses to accept a prosecutor's offer, we, by law, must respect the client's choice. If the client pleads guilty, that's up to the client. We strive to answer all calls, texts and emails every day. I don't know what case this person is referring to (she did not call me about this), and we wish her the best.

"Greg hired me to work for him a week before I was sworn in as a lawyer. I spent 18 months working at his firm. It was so easy to see when I was working for him, and it is absolutely still true today: Greg has such a big heart. He is willing to take on cases that a lot of lawyers will not touch. His desire is to help everyone that comes into his office."

"I endorse this lawyer. Greg is a very unique lawyer. He is a fierce advocate, who fights to get you the best result possible, without charging you for every billable hour possible. He is, probably, overly fair in his pricing, and very easy to work with concerning payments."

He is always working for his clients and even when he's not working, he is still thinking about his clients. Greg as taught me so much and any client or attorney would be lucky to know him and have him on your case!"

"I endorse this lawyer. Greg has successfully handled more criminal cases than any other attorney I know. Experience counts and Greg has see it all. Even if you already have an attorney it may be worth your time to get a second opinion from Greg. Additionally, I don't know any other attorney that does what Greg does; he makes big cases affordable by allowing reasonable payments and not overcharging. He takes clients that other attorneys will not touch. Before you hire an attorney give him a call."
