I have been practicing law for 40 years. I have concentrated my practice on a broad range of legal services effecting older adults for at least 35 of those 40 years. I practice elder law, planning for long-term care, estate planning, estate administration, probate, guardianship and conservatorship creation and administration, and business planning.
In addition to my law degree, I have a Masters in Business Administration. I have helped my clients with organization, business strategies that provide for the asset protection, operational strategies and strategies for the continuation of their businesses after their retirement or death.
I am a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and I am a charter member of the Utah Bar Association Elder Law Section. I use the most refined and advanced planning tools in the industry. I pride myself on my personal relationship with my clients during the planning process. Many of my clients have been with me for between 20 and 30 years.
