I’ve had the opportunity to work with Branden Burningham and his Law Firm during our Company’s IPO. He was a tremoundous help throughout the entire process, which resulted in our S-1/A becoming effective, FINRA issuing a symbol for our common stock, and becoming DTC eligible.
