Beau Dean Blackley

Mr. Blackley was recommended by another attorney, and I am so grateful I made the decision to hire him. He and his staff were extremely professional. They kept me well informed and up to date about the status of the case, and were very responsive to my phone calls and emails. Even though Mr. Blackle...y had an overlapping court hearing, he took time out of his busy schedule to make an unplanned phone call on my behalf, to provide the best possible outcome for my situation. Beau... where do I start? I appreciated Beau the moment I met him. I had a very complex case and was worried that I would get another run of the mill attorney who would give me all the sweet answers I wanted to hear. Mostly because I had hired one attorney already who basically took $8k from me and d...id little to no work on my case and left me in the position where I was still seeking another attorney. I wasn't going to just hire the next guy. Beau didn't feed me crap and I cannot even tell you what a breath of fresh air that was. Although some of the answers I hated, I appreciated more because it meant I could take a deep breath and live in the reality that I was talking to a professional who knows the law and is telling me this for a reason. I can't live in "lala" land forever. I was seeking an attorney as a criminal defense attorney for my husband. I unfortunately, was the victim in the case. I felt stuck, alone and like no one had heard me up until this point. Not as the victim and not as a human. Beau was listening. He understood my goal from the beginning and understood that even though my case was complex he was willing to do what needed to be done (within the law of course) to make that goal happen. He threw a few of the ideas out because they were not realistic. Do NOT let the consultation fee scare you away. It is worth every penny. There is no timer sitting on the desk waiting to go off. He will discuss the case with you until you feel satisfied with the answers that are given. I appreciate that. I hired Beau and the firm once I knew they were not just in it to make a quick buck and I knew they were being realistic with Mr. I could trust that an attorney had my best interest at heart, like a friend would and I didn't actually have to question whether the motive of my own attorney was to "win" a case. Beau was always extremely prompt when I emailed and asked a million and ten questions, and yes... I did have a million and ten! I never had an issue wondering if I would get a reply. If you are looking for an attorney who will do what is best for you, be honest, not take your money and run. Hire this guy! He truly cares and if he felt like he couldn't help you, he would tell you.
