Andrew David Fox

Andrew Fox is a Utah attorney and the founder and managing attorney of Fox Law Utah, PLLC, in Salt Lake City. Licensed in Utah since 2016, he represents clients throughout the state in divorce and family law, employment matters, contracts, and small business legal issues.

Most of his practice is family law: contested and uncontested divorce, child custody and parenting plans, mediation and negotiated settlements, post-divorce modifications, and enforcing divorce decrees. He focuses on realistic outcomes and clear expectations from the first meeting. When a case needs court involvement, he explains the options plainly so clients can decide with confidence.

For employers and employees, Andrew handles wrongful termination, workplace disputes, and severance, and he reviews employment contracts and settlement agreements before clients sign. Small business owners work with him on business formation, contracts, and key business decisions. Fox Law Utah offers flat-fee and packaged services for many of these matters, and ongoing advisory packages give owners direct access to counsel as the business grows.

Clients work directly with Andrew, with no gatekeepers, and learn the expected fees, scope, and next steps before work begins. His early career in civil litigation gives him a practical sense of how disputes play out in court.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law in 2016. There he received academic recognition in Evidence, was named one of the top oralists in the Traynor Moot Court Competition, served as Executive Editor of the Utah Law Review OnLaw Journal, and interned at the Utah Supreme Court under Justice Deno G. Himonas. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Utah. He is admitted to the Utah State Bar and the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah.

Outside the office, Andrew enjoys snowboarding, golfing, hiking, and camping in Utah.
