My wife and I really had know idea what we were getting into when we decided to get involved in a family members ugly divorce case but Mr. Fackrell helped us along every bump in the road. He explained things clearly and we know how much everything was going to cost us ahead of time and he adrised us ...according to what it was we were really wanting and never to just how he could get more money out of us. During the corse of our case he worked with three other lawyers that were council to other parties in the case and in every situation I would say he out shined them all. I would go to Andrew again in a heart beet and I would advise anyone else to go to him as well.

Andrew is so knowledgable and wont bqck down from a fight. My ex and his lawyer terrified me but Andrew was the Mrs the whole time making sure my kids were taken care of and that I was given mutual respect from my ex and his attorney. I have spent the last 9 years battling a corrupt court system and parental Alienation, I've been through many attorneys who only made my case worse instead of better. I had everyone against me and no one on my side (not even my attorneys) and was told I was "imagining" the hatred towards me from the ...other attorneys as well as the GALs in the case. My court order was continually being violated by my ex and no one would do anything about it. I was referred to Andrew through another attorney (who told me there was no way the GAL was biased against me as he knew her) and so he would not take my case, but told me to call Andrew. I am Very glad I did, In a VERY SHORT time, Andrew was able to see and recognize the hatred and Biased the other attorneys had against me and did a VERY good job of calling it out. he was able to turn my case around in a VERY short time and was getting my visitation reestablished and he was working on getting me custody back of my daughter. In less then a year, Andrew was able to get me closer to getting custody back then any other attorney I had hired and was building a Great case of Parental Alimentation. If it was not for the fact of my daughter turning on me and throwing me under the bus, I would have had custody of my daughter because of all of Andrews great work. even with my daughters change of actions (due to the PA) and refusal to see or have anything to do with me, Andrew was still getting me more then I had gotten in the past, it is just with the amount of time working with the court system was taking a long process and my daughter would soon be 18. Since my ex had already managed to terminate my parental rights and access to the child, I felt there was no other choice then to make the termination legal and stop the fighting and endless court costs, because terminating my parental rights, was against Andrew own personal feelings and beliefs, He did not feel it was right to represent me in this request, but he helped me in all I needed to know and do to proceed on my own and was there for me to answer any questions and concerns that I had in how to handle this. I only wish I had found Andrew much sooner, if I had, I know my outcome would have been much better, much sooner. Andrew was turning things around for me so wonderfully, unfortunately it was too late and the damage done to my daughter was too much. If Andrew had been able to do his wonderful work before my daughter had been too far manipulated, He would have easily won me custody back of my daughter. If you need an attorney who is good at seeing the truth, good at addressing the system, and good at making great progress then Andrew is your attorney. He explained the process at each step, he gave advice and was good at talking me down when I would get frustrated with the process and the court system. When he would suggest something I didn't want to do, he was great at explaining why it was to my best interest to do it the way he suggested. Andrew may be a young attorney, but he knows what he is doing and did more and a better job then attorney's twice his age and practice time. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew to anyone in need of a Family law attorney, whether your a mother or a father, Andrew is a GREAT find in Family law representation.
