I hired Dain to help me with an expungement that the BC I told me I could not have expunged. Dain quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to help me in a very short period of time. I hope I don't have any legal problems in the future but if I do you can be assured I will be calling Dain.

Great help!
I retained Dain Smoland for an expungement on a case that had been difficult to date. He was tremedously thorough and effective. The prosecutor had not been overly helpful and and Dain was great at completing all of the necessary work. I would definitely recommend him.
