Dain Smoland

I retained Dain Smoland for an expungement on a case that was handled (poorly) by another attorney. His representation was thorough, and although the prosecutor was not necessarily the most cooperative, he accomplished everything reasonably possible, and the charge was expunged. I hired Dain for a case of retail theft. My immigration status made the situation even more complex. I had passed the interview for naturalization but was waiting for the oath ceremony, and a case of retail theft can be considered as a crime involving moral turpitude, which could have prevented me fr...om being naturalized. I only had two weeks to get this whole matter resolved. Fortunately Dain was very responsive, very quick. He was able to figure out which scenario would work out the best for me and was able to make it happen! I definitely recommend him, I was in a very delicate and stressful situation but everything worked out for the best.
