I hired Bill to sue someone for breach of contract after my first attorney withdrew as my counsel, which was a blessing in disguise. I only wish I found Bill sooner, so I wouldn't have wasted $25k on my first attorney who is clearly not competent to practice law. My case was simple for Bill because h...e knows the law unlike my first attorney who handled my case as if he was preparing for a complex murder trial. I don't think I could have found a better attorney than Bill. He is fair and reasonable with billing and understanding of clients needs. He's a subject matter expert in contract law and will fight for you. I felt at ease knowing Bill was handling my case and could tactfully handle all the ridiculousness opposing counsel threw our way because the opposing side fought like Hell up until the day before we were scheduled to go to trial, which is when we were finally able to come to a settlement agreement (the opposing counsel was terrified to go to trial). Bill, on the other hand, was excited. The defendant had to sell his condo in order to pay the amount we settled on, so that's a double win! This review doesn't do justice to how great of an attorney Bill is. I highly recommend him!

Bill Kimball went above and beyond resolving two legal matters for me. I went through the frustrating process of interviewing 4 attorneys and hiring/firing a 5th attorney prior to hiring Bill. I wish I would have hired Bill from the start. He was able to cut through the red tape that I couldn't ...do on my own, and I am very happy with how both issues have been resolved.
