Prosecutes and defends patent infringement cases. Advises and develop strategies for enforcing and/or licensing patent rights, as well as developing patent rights. Has successfully tried patent cases to juries in Federal Courts in various states around the country, argued multiple appeals before Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, obtained multiple preliminary injunctions and contempt rulings in various courts throughout the country, and successfully mediated disputes.

Advises and counsels in all areas of Intellectual Property, including development or acquisition of patent portfolios, strategies for protecting trade secrets and trademarks, strategies for exploiting or licensing IP, enforcing IP through litigation or alternative dispute resolution, and defending infringement actions.

Has successfully enforced multiple trademarks through infringement litigation, including through the filing of preliminary injunctions. Has also handled multiple opposition and cancellation proceedings before Trademark Trial and Appeal Board at the USPTO. Cases have included worldwide famous trademarks.
