Elenia M. Cozean

Elenia provides strong representation for people with divorce and family law issues. She offers clients a warm welcome, a strong family focus, and a commitment to resolve complicated or contested divorce issues.

Attorney Cozean grew up in Orem, Utah. She is the second of four children. As a child she studied hard, ran from her siblings, and loved to ballroom dance. She attended Timpanogos High School and holds Timpanogos in high regard. She credits her parents with teaching her exceptional study skills. Attorney Cozean received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Utah and graduated with her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law.

During law school, Attorney Cozean was a member of several organizations where she honed her skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. Attorney Cozean also participated in the pro bono program. She gained practical experience by working at the Paton Law Firm, a firm focused on family law, appellate advocacy, and legal research and writing support. After graduating with her prized degree, she relocated to the Salt Lake City area to be close to her family. She loves practicing law and meeting and helping new people.

In her spare time, Attorney Cozean enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
