Richard has a great knowledge of securities regulations and their practical application to his business operations. He has supervised and worked with the process of registering his own company with the SEC through the Form 10 registration process as well as the reporting process of annual, quarterly and other reports for both clients and his own companies. He also has extensive knowledge in starting businesses from the ground up, he was one of the co-founders of the Landis Lifestyle Salon that started up back in 2005 and now has two locations that are recognized as the finest Aveda salons operating in the State of Utah.

Richard is extraordinarily knowledgeable. He researches all questions thoroughly and is always on top of changes in his areas of expertise. He is the only attorney I know of who goes out of his way to stay abreast of specific nuances and differences in actual laws or rules, and the interpretation or application thereof, in multiple jurisdictions. Further, his "bed side manner" is great. I've always been informed of problems and solutions in usable laymans terms.
Michael Golightly, Securities offerings Attorney
Relationship: Worked together on matter
I endorse this lawyer. Richard has worked on a number of securities offerings and registration statements. He has worked with a wide range of clients from business people that needed help with an offering to investors that had specific requirements and needs. I have always found him to be knowledgeable and up to date on the related regulations and statutes. I have worked with him on employee benefit plans, new offerings, formation of new business and several other types of legal and securities issues. With his personal knowledge of operating a retail business he also offers an understanding of the day to day challenges of running a business and how to not let the public offering interfere with the business operations.
