Jennifer Erin Bogart

Jennifer Bogart was born and grew up in the mid-west for the most part. She also lived in Sierra Leone and New Zealand as a pre-teen and early teen. After a career as a performing violinist, which encompassed two orchestras, three continents and many students along the way, she realized that she needed to go from a non-verbal career to a verbal one. She chose law. She now practices law and plays in a Celtic/Folk rock band called Ramblewood. Jennifer has had articles published in the Journal of Land, Real Estate, and Law, and more recently in the Utah Association for Justice Quarterly. She was President of the Women’s Law Caucus at S.J. Quinney College of Law from where she graduated in 2009 and is currently a member of the Women’s Law Group at the Utah State Bar. Her focus is in the areas of Family Law, Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Employment law, and additionally she provides unbundled services for those who just need advice or a helping hand with representing themselves. She also attends the Street Law Clinic at Horizonte once a month to advise people on their legal matter. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys reading, hanging out with her children, playing in her band, and listening to all kinds of music.
