Simply Amazing

Ben is very understanding and knowledgeable and helped me understand my case and explain things to me so that I better understood what has going on and constantly kept me up to date on anything and everything involving my case and was just in it for the money

Best lawyer I have found.

I've used Ben on 2 different occasions. He is quick in accessing the pros and cons of possible legal directions and was accessible and returned my phone calls even on weekends. He is a very intelligent person that conveys confidence which I find to be very important especially when dealing with oppo...sing lawyers. I always felt that Ben was genuinely concerned for me and my situation which I did not find with past lawyers I have used. I highly recommend him.

Simply the best.

A true professional, Ben Welch handled my legal matters inspiring confidence and hope for me during a most difficult time. A stellar individual; he listened and I knew I was heard. With wisdom, he communicated clearly, patiently re-stating until he knew I understood the legal complexities. His resp...onses were always timely so I never felt that I was left hanging. If you are ever in need of an attorney, Ben Welch has my highest recommendation.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
