I had the chance to speak with Daniel several times over the phone while analyzing my case. Dan is the Man! I have gone to him with so many legal questions and he always knows just what to do. Once, I was being sued because a former employer felt I was breaking a non-compete contract by starting my own business. He handled everything with the lawyers who were starting litigation against... me. When Dan was done with them they were scared I was going to sue them for everything they were worth. Needless to say they backed off and I never heard another word from them. Then when I was trying to get my business off the ground he was there to help me with any and all legal questions and unknowns and helped me with compliance with the complicated tax code.
