Biography
After graduating law school from the University of Utah, Todd worked at Bingham, Snow & Caldwell, then Turner Law in St. George, Utah. Todd practiced in their municipal law and family law sections. Todd has also worked for South Jordan City, Utah, and Bluffdale City, Utah; and is currently the city attorney for Herriman City, Utah. Todd focuses his practice on land-use, employment, public records, and other municipal laws.
Todd is married to his beautiful wife, Marlene, and they have three girls. Todd likes to spend time with his family by camping, hiking, and swimming. Todd loves playing basketball and watching the Utah Jazz.
