Matthew Ryan Pitts

I witnessed Matt loudly discussing case information, including stating names of parties involved, on multiple phone calls which he conducted in the public lobby outside the firm's office suite in front of multiple other people. The first time I saw him do this, I thought it was a one time mistake and... gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, I witnessed him do the same again in the public atrium/lobby area as well as on the steps and walkway outside the building in the presence of others not party to the case, violating attorney-client privilege. The cavalier manner in which he did this was alarming and I'm glad I did not hire him to represent me.
