As adults and parents, we knew we needed to create a living will and trust. I was so nervous to start the process; worried about the emotions it would bring, how time consuming and tedious it would be, the cost, etc. Russ made it so easy. He explained everything in great detail, answered our quest...ions, and was patient while we discussed our answers. He was easy to coordinate schedules with and very efficient with his communication. I am so glad to have this task complete,and I am grateful that we went with Russ.
