waste of time
Got The all the information they wanted sent it to him and took their course and after going back-and-forth for about two weeks, never heard back from him messaged him a couple times it’s been about two months never heard anything waste of time

Replied last January 12, 2026Bailey, I've looked over your file, and I don't see that you ever paid the initial fee to retain our office. While you have sent us a few documents and we have sent you a few follow-up messages (which went unanswered) requesting additional documents, we cannot start working on your case until you've paid the initial retainer fee. We do not represent you until you've paid the initial retainer fee. I understand your frustration, and we are willing to help you file your case. However, as discussed earlier, you must pay the initial retainer and provide us with all required documents before we can file your case. Regards, Derek

These guys were great. The staff were extremely friendly, and talking with Derek really put my mind at ease.
