Cruel and abusive person

I had a consultation with this lawyer a few years back. During our meeting he called me stupid and literally swore at me and was just all around strange and socially inappropriate and unprofessional. I do not understand how he has a job with his obviously severe social dementia. I don't know if he is... autistic or just a terrible person, but I was utterly confused by our consultation. There was something very mentally wrong with him. If you're a lawyer, you're wealthy enough to take classes to learn how to interact with other humans if you weren't born with innate social skills. There's a difference between being socially inept and being nasty abusive. How are you in business with your nasty abusive personality? Please do not hire him as your lawyer.

Reliable Attorney

He answered all my questions quickly and clearly. The whole process was explained in simple terms. He was very understanding of my circumstances. I would definitely work with him again on any legal matters. His firm also provided local phone #s for several outlying cities so that calls could be answe...red toll free. He or one of his associates answered all calls promptly.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
