When I first began to use Christopher Lewis for legal services, I wondered how he in his small office would be able to handle the wide range of issues I needed help with. I was looking for someone who had the same values I had, someone who would not bend the law and also be able to explain to me what... he was doing so I could feel secure that I could be comfortable about the course I had chosen for my properties. We have two businesses plus several rentals. We also have houses that were once residences and are now rentals. Mr Lewis kept it simple for us, and the fees were reasonable. What I really appreciated was the clarity of thought he showed us, and his insistence on not compromising the letter of the law. We learned about several structure options we had, and now, several years later (six or seven years), we find we are well structured. We have been able to keep all our rentals at a time when others like us have had to take a big loss and sell prematurely. We are expanding our use of him. And not only for legal work - he has recently been able to refer us to an excellent tax accountant. This has been a good association for us. I recommend him for those who like a smart, humble lawyer who puts his clients first, not his earnings, whether for his services or in settlements, according to friends who have used him.
