Jill Lyn Sanders

Jill Sanders is an attorney at Grandstaff Law LLC specializing in estate planning and business contracts. She is an estate planning attorney who helps clients prepare an individualized estate plan, this includes wills, trusts, medical or financial power of attorneys and guardians of minor or special needs children, these are some of her responsibilities when drafting a personalized estate plan for each client. Jill pays particular attention to details and what is important to each client to ensure their estate plan accommodates their needs and accomplishes their wishes. Jill helps clients to feel comfortable and at ease through the designing process of their estate plan. Estate planning helps each client to provide their families with the great gift of being prepared for the unpredictable events of life.

Jill reviews commercial business contracts to ensure they protect her client’s interest. She works to ensure that the contracts follow Utah law. Jill has worked with closely held corporations in writing a buy-sell agreement. To help ease the minds of the owners regarding the future of their corporation. She frequently reviews contract agreements between businesses including supplier contracts and helps resolves issues that may arise. She has worked with other small businesses to draft documents to limit liability for the business and owners.

Jill volunteers her time with the Wills for Hero’s program through the Utah State Bar. She helps create individual wills for our local first responders and their spouses here in Utah. This service helps to ensure the first responders have an effective will in place which provides the peace of mind to their families when unexpected events occur in life.

Jill comes from a large family, she has an understanding of the importance of making sure things are set in place for her family to accommodate the unpredictable events of life that may occur. Jill values family and works hard to help clients provide for their families with an estate plan that will ease the stress and pressures when life changes occur by having a solid estate plan in place. Jill is committed to serve people as an attorney and has found estate planning allows her to serve her clients and their families by having an effective estate plan in place which provides peace of mind to their families.

When Jill is not at the office practicing law she can be found in nature with her husband, family and friends. She loves hiking, camping and white-water rafting. Jill is a fan of the arts and participates in local ceramic classes and creates art pieces out of clay. Jill and her husband enjoy country swing dancing and listening to country music. She loves to travel anywhere, Jill has traveled to: Washington D.C., New York, the Midwest, Florida and Mexico. Jill and her husband had the opportunity to travel to Cuba and experience the sights and culture of Havana.
