Wendy Bradford

Wendy Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Business
Management. Even as a single mother, she was in the 97th percentile for the preceding 5 years on the LSAT and graduated in the top 22% of her law school class. During law school Wendy received several awards and recognitions including,Best Appellate Brief Award, High Honors in legal writing and research, and was recipient of the C. Hugh Friedman Endowement Scholarship for outstanding performance and achievement in Corporate Law.

Wendy was Secretary and then Treasurer of the Tax Law Society during law school.  While interning at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. she was the principal draftsman for two opinions as well as assisting on numerous others.

Graduating Summa cum Laude in Business Management and combined with work experience, Wendy has a strong business management and corporate law background. All of this is augmented with tax, contract, estate litigation, and labor law experience. She has especially enjoyed taking on all areas of family and elder law cases & issues, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, order modifications and enforcements, time share arrangements and property and asset divisions, guardianships, conservatorships and adoptions.
