When I first met with Virginia I had paid $4000.00 to be defended and accepted her role in my charges, the acceptance of plea and abeyance took the attorney relationship from me and put me at the mercy of the court. After completing my commitment to the court and graduation with certificate, my comm...unity service was dismissed and I was harmed by having my driving privileges removed for 6 months. Yes I have proof of the community service I did 12 years ago, on 3 Sundays. Unfair to have my plea and abeyance taken away. The charges were for having my wife's pain medication, the law allowed me to have them because of her condition and me being her care giver, also I had one gram of hemp which they called marijuana, I was working on the hemp law and hemp as a seizure medication at the time. My license was taken for six months even though I graduated from the Salt Lake County Drug program, my plea in abeyance was not honored by the Salt Lake City Justice court now refered to as the Judge Baxter court. I now face another charge that my constitutional rights were stomped on. I need body cam footage and legal representation to show the travisty justice can be. Virginia Ward I feel will do a great job in representing me, and yes three days after I first met her she was arrested. She is a fighter, I need her in my corner.
