I used Lundberg and Associates for an eviction, HUGE mistake!!!! If I didn't email / call I would NEVER hear from them. After almost 2 months we finally got to court and they sent Richard Gunnerson. Talk about disappointment, not only was I not vigorously represented in court, he basically let the op...posing side walk all over us. Before court started he wanted to negotiate a "deal". I said fine , but here is what I want, and gave him a list. After 15-20 mins he came back with nothing we wanted and an extra week over and beyond what the opposing side had asked the court for, at this point I wasn't sure he was familiar with the definition of negotiate??? he told us it was in our best interest to accept the deal, when we said no, he started to negotiate with us for them!!!!!!, it was unbelievable. Huge waste of time and money. We'd have been better off doing it ourselves.
