Peter Lattin, Esq. earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brigham Young University in 2004 where he graduated cum laude in International Studies, with an emphasis in Chinese Area Studies and a Business Management minor. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law where he was President of the James E. Faust Student Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. He also served as a student research assistant and articles editor for the University of Utah, S. J. Quinney College of Law Global Justice Think Tank. He worked as an associate attorney at the Abbott Law Firm in Provo, Utah until setting up his own practice in 2013. During his time at Abbott Law Firm he gained proficiency in the following areas of practice: boundary disputes, landlord/tenant, foreclosure defense and litigation, quiet title, and wrongful lien, bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation, business and commercial disputes, probate, wills and trusts, and general litigation.
Away from the office, Pete spends every available minute with his wife and two kids. They enjoy cycling, running, mountain biking, back country skiing, and the occasional triathlon. On a weekend or holiday you might find them in some corner of the Wasatch, kids in tow.
