Missing in Action

This attorney talked confidently during the consultation, had very minimal contact at the start of my case; and now doesn’t answer numerous emails or voicemails. I am in the phase of my family law case where I need to settle or prepare for trial and Benjamin is non-responsive. I did request assistan...ce from the Utah State Bar, which did get a one sentence response that he did not follow through with. Any communication received is a result of The Utah State Bar. Upon seeing other reviews, he has been like this with other clients. My only recourse is filing a bar complaint & other legal recourse.

Excellent Character, Very Trustworthy

Even though my situation didn't quite fit Benjamin's area, he did as much as he could without actually representing me. He read through all the documentation, I brought and recommended what I could do and who could help me. Knowing full well there was nothing in it for him. Highly recommend.

Benjamin was amazing

Benjamin was so helpful to me while I was going through a divorce. He helped me with a protective order also. He was caring and very easy to work with. I would highly recomend him to anyone.

"Ben has a comprehensive understanding of several areas of the law. With Ben you have an attorney you can trust who will be able to serve you in most legal situations you are presented with. I have mostly worked with Ben in the family law context but have turned to him for advice on other complex civil matters. I have seen him to be a tenacious advocate for his clients and a very approachable attorney."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
