He is very personable until a contract is signed. After the retainer was paid, that was the end. The specific requests that were made to obtain needed information for the case were not done. He contacted the opposing attorney and found out what they wanted. He then made exactly that happen. Alt...hough I had paid him to work for me, he did the opposite. I tried and tried to contact him with questions and refusals to accept the opposite counsels "proposal ". He somehow pushed it through the system anyway. During this time he and his office moved. I could not even go to contact them in person. I have since had to hire someone else who is working to unravel the disaster. Still no way to contact Hardy!
