Ms. Flanders was wonderful with my family. Bankruptcy for me was very humiliating, degrading....made me feel like a failure, etc. The same could be said for my husbands feelings. It was also scary for me. Ms. Flanders calmed those fears. She and Jennifer kept us informed and didn't mind if I called e...very day if need be. I have ADD and need explicit instructions. They had no problem with giving me this and doing it in a way that wasn't treating me like an imbecile. If you have to go through what was to me a traumatic experience...and truthfully it really shouldn't be, people have to do it every day because of mistakes or things in life that happens beyond their control...Ms. Flanders is an all around good attorney. She has the knowledge, professionalism and compassion that not many attorneys can say they have. This review board only allows you to put one type of case for what type this attorney handles. Brenda Flanders handles Bankruptcy, Family Law, Business Law, Collections, Divorce, Construction Law and Commercial Law. She is no dummy. Oh...we went to a different attorney first. They were very judgmental. Asking why we let this or that happen. Also, insisted we pay 75.00 to have a credit check run by them when we had just gotten a free one ourselves and knew who our creditors were. Seventy-five bucks? Wow...
